The vest is engineered to support strength, endurance, and functional training anytime, anywhere. The vest can be loaded with removable sandbags to introduce controlled resistance during workouts, walking, or everyday movement, increasing training stimulus without restricting mobility.
Each model includes two 5 lb modular weights designed for dual use. They can be secured to the ankles for lower-body loading, balance training, or rehabilitation exercises, or redistributed back into the vest to achieve full-body resistance and even weight distribution.
The base vest weighs 10 lb in the Men’s model and 5 lb in the Women’s model, creating a stable foundation before adding additional load. The women’s version incorporates adjustable shoulder and waist straps to optimize fit and load distribution for improved comfort and control during movement.
